Our experienced and knowledgeable event planners will be happy to meet with you to plan and make recommendations for your event. On display in our showroom you will find our place settings, glassware, flatware, linen options, chairs, etc. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please ask and we will make every effort to get it for you.

Should you have any questions regarding your site (space, grade of land, obstructions, etc.) our skilled tent installers will perform a site inspection free of charge.
We have a wide network of caterers, florists, entertainment, etc. and would be happy to share them with you.

When we have determined the size of your tent, dance floor, stage, and other accessories, we can prepare a CAD (computer aided design) layout of your event. This service brings your vision to life.
Event Set Up/Delivery
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we do our best to accommodate your delivery needs. However, sometimes changes in the schedule are unavoidable, but we make every effort to advise you of any delays. Generally, you will have your equipment several days prior to your event. This will allow you time to arrange your tables, decorate, etc. Big Top Tent Rentals installs the tent, sidewalls, tent floors, dance floors, staging and lighting. Tables and chairs are stacked under the tent. Long distance walks, use of elevator or stairs, set up and/or break down of tables and chairs will incur additional fees.
We prefer to have our customers available upon delivery. If you are unable to meet us at the site, you can make arrangements with our office for placement of the equipment.
