Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the difference between a pole tent and a frame tent?

Pole tents are staked into the ground and have center poles. Frame tents are free standing and are typically installed in areas that cannot be staked for example, concrete, blacktop, decks, etc.

Q: Are sidewalls included in the price of the tent?

Sidewalls are not included in the price of the tent. Typically they come in 20ft sections and are available in solid white, French window and clear. The tent can be fully or partially enclosed.

Q: Do you set up the furniture?

Typically the furniture is left stacked in the center of the tent. However, set up and break down of tables and chairs is available at an additional cost.
